A company involved in the Challenge Fund in Wales attracted 2 new recruits from a similar organisation at a wage decrease due to the work-life balance options they offered.

Improved Morale and Commitment
Employees' morale and commitment can be increased by introducing Work-Life Balance solutions, thus creating a more work-conducive atmosphere.

Reduced Casual Sickness Absence
If a company introduces flexible working hours and enable staff to honour life responsibilities then employees' absence can be reduced. This will in turn mean that money is not wasted through lost production or having to pay overtime to others to cover absences.
