The Welsh Assembly Government funded Chwarae Teg to employ Business Support Officers to work with:

3 Local Authorities
2 Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies
2 Universities and Colleges

The Officers worked closely with the organisations to assist them in introducing or enhancing work-life balance policies and practices. The good practice learned from these projects is now being used to carry out further work with organisations throughout Wales, offering training and consultancy to employers. Private Sector / Voluntary Sector

The Welsh Assembly Government has supported 4 rounds of the Work-Life Balance Challenge Fund, which has been made available to SMEs and the voluntary sector in Wales. This fund has supported more than 40 projects to introduce or enhance work-life balance policies and practices in their organisations.
